Review: Trailers

Howdy folks.

To kickstart my small reviews, I've chosen two game trailers that I cannot simply wait for. The first is a more recent game trailer but a game that gave the technology of digital games a reality: Mass Effect 3.

As you may know, Mass Effect was a brilliant game, taking 4 years to develop. Its storyline based in 2183, and the human race has found a way out of the Sol Galaxy and into the Milky Way, discovering alien races. It follows the story of Commander Shepard, to which you can create your own personality or stick with the premade one and follow his journey.

Now, the Mass Effect 3 teaser trailer begins as follows: We hear a man's voice being with the sentence "Two million dead in the first day. Seven million by the first week"
We can see the he's leaning against a wall of sorts, injured. He injects himself in what we can either predict to be some sort of medication or maybe some drugs to help him focus. He proceeds to lean out of the broken screen behind him, watch a woman flee as a figure chases her. He kills this woman with one shot. We can assume that this may be either Husks (Dead people brought back to life with Reaper Techknowlogy) or maybe even a new foe.
The man reloads and leans back. The camera pans out of the room to reveal its the Big Ben Clock Tower. Surrounding London are huge, Octopus like ships, plainly Reapers. The man says "One things for certain: If Shepard doesn't bring help soon, there won't be an Earth left to save"
With these words, we can see a man, standing at a window, looking down on the Earth, as small little flames and explosions can be seen. The man turns and walks to the camera, on his armour we can see the words "N7" the clear mark of Shepards' armour.

This game, this series, I absolutely love and  cannot wait for more trailers nor the game either!

The second trailer is for a game that I can't simply wait for. I love this game series to death, and I wish they would release more trailers...ladies and gents, Gears of War 3!
All I shall say about this game is to watch this trailer, watch the beauty of it, and enjoy the gaming.
